CONGRATS

hello everyone...here are two versions of a graduation card. 'Congrats' is done with navy blue quilling paper and 'you did it' is with black...though it is hard to tell the difference.

 Supplies used:

• red bazzil card stock
• textured white envelopments card stock
• quilling paper
