    the paper for there bodies, does it come like that with the puffed up dots, or did you make them?

    Thanks everyone for the comments.

    Paula, I embossed the paper for the 'skirt' on my cuttlebug then cut out a circle with my nestabilities die. I use half a circle per 'skirt'. I cut the paper for the wings and halo from the same paper. The rest I used regular quilling paper.
