~ fringed flower - thinking of you

~ here is another fringed flower with a simple sentiment
with a photoshop brush thrown in for detail

...when you fringe do you do it by hand or use the fringer?
I have a finger but prefer the look of hand-fringing

{but if I am doing a heap of them....
then I switch to the fringer }

~ friends are flowers.....

~ hello loyal readers

just a quick post today {like they aren't always}
because I am on my way to work
{ to push my cards hehe}

but I thought I could quickly get this post done to show you
the second card I made from the fringed flowers

I love the POP of yellow on the mixed in with the white

this is a bit of a frou-frou (as in frilly) card for me
but I do need some of these in the mix too

not sure what I will have for you next
I have been going great guns at quilling pieces

but I am sure I will come up with something

~ cheers

~ four fringed flowers

~ here is the first card design using the fringed flowers

very simple with four fringed flowers up
and a simple birthday greeting

 in a variety of colours

 quick and easy cards to sell at my store
I have one more card with a fringed flower for you tomorrow

the rest of the flowers are being some nice eye candy
by sitting in a bowl on my desk

and they might just stay there for a while

~ fringed flowers

 ~ good morning
I don't usually like taking pictures in my craft room
there is not enough natural light and the pictures look yellow
especially when I take them on my desk...

 I much prefer my white mantle but I had these flowers all lined up as I
was making them and just had to snap some pictures

the paper I used is from Envelopments and I cut the strips by hand
I also fringed the paper by hand sine they were too wide for the fringer
{and I struggle with the little machine anyway so I find it easier to do it my self}

I've made a few cards and will share them next time
