morning... it has been a while since I've done a post on memory cards

you know, the cards that I do for family and friends 

that gives everyone a chuckle...

 

 

I like doing the oldies but goodies of treasured black & whites

 .......

 

if you pose or wear something funny....I WILL USE IT

 .......

I like to put heads on bodies that are not their own....

 .......

 

and to enlarge heads and shrink bodies

 .......

and write funny captions too

 .......

 and now I am ADDICTED to Adornpic

and most likely will, have their picture on it

I think after this post you may not look at your 

photos as only a memory but also a GIFT...

~ mother's day card {two}

 ~ as promised....here is my mother's day card for my mom

all of the funky stuff in the picture was added with photo shop

like the umbrella, pink glasses, flowers with mom text

all EXCEPT for the big bling ball necklace

yes she was actually wearing it

she certainly has a great sense of humour for a 71 year young lady

she is with us in Paris so I think we will have a blast

oh and by the way.....today is my 50th

 I'm eating cake and drinking champagne with my mom :)

I've had a lot of orders lately so it has been keeping me busy

the next few post will not involve quilling but they will show one of my other hobbies....

this is a cute birth announcement card I made for a friend

 I love editing the photos and adding graphics and text to the cards

~ recently it was my aunts birthday so of course I had to make her a 

memory card

in the picture she is holding a Bellini

so I had to quill one for her card

I made a few extras to make greeting cards 

...soon as I have the pictures done I will show those too

recently it was my nieces birthday and if you have been a follower here
for a while you have seen my memory cards before

what I've started to do was instead of making a card is I just make the card front

and add a magnet to the back so it can go on the fridge

everyone loves getting the card fronts so they can enjoy the picture 

every time they open the fridge rather than tucking it away in a box

my niece is actually blonde but in this picture she

was dressed up as Snooki for halloween

{no I didn't know who she was either...thank god for google}

and it says channeling your inner Snooki

I used a black envelope with coloured pens

{love this look}
