~dress cards


 ~ if you can believe it 
I made 2 cards with not a stitch of quilling


 ....but they have bling




 both versions are a dress diecut with tulle added for the 'skirt'
and one is attached to a card base and the other 
put into a box


 both were special orders 
and this time I love them equally
